1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rate My Decks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rate My Decks provides a free, heuristic-based analysis tool for Magic: The Gathering Commander / EDH deck lists. The Service accepts public deck URLs from Moxfield and Archidekt and generates power scores, bracket classifications, deck statistics, and upgrade recommendations.

All analysis is heuristic and based on card data from Scryfall. The Service does not use artificial intelligence or machine learning models to generate recommendations.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Power scores, bracket classifications, and recommendations are heuristic estimates. They are not definitive assessments of deck strength and should not be treated as such. The Service may produce inaccurate or unexpected results for certain deck archetypes or configurations. Use analysis results as a starting point for deck improvement, not as an absolute measure.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit deck URLs that you do not have permission to access
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service (rate limits apply)
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or automatically extract data from the Service at scale

5. Intellectual Property

Rate My Decks is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Moxfield, or Archidekt. Magic: The Gathering and all card names, images, and related indicia are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Card data is sourced from the Scryfall API and is used under their terms. Card images and details belong to their respective owners.

The Rate My Decks name, logo, and original content are the property of Rate My Decks. You may share analysis results freely, including on social media, provided you link back to the Service.

6. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (TCGPlayer, Moxfield, Archidekt) and may display advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rate My Decks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
